Olivari® Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil is extra virgin olive oil that is certified organic by the National Organic Program and the United States Department of Agriculture.

Our Story

We could have built an ugly building to process our olive oil. And odds are good that no one would have cared. At harvest time, we could have let our olives touch the ground. Only the birds would ever have to know. And we sure didn't have to redesign our bottles to make the oil flow more easily. No one said we had to.

But there was no other way.

Because to us, making olive oil—or making anything well, for that matter— has always been about a series of choices. Details. Hundreds and thousands of important things that dictate who we are as a company and what we strive for in the world.

Things such as our new mill in Portugal, which is our modern homage to both technology and environmental sustainability.

Or our new pop-up bottle pourer, which won first place in the 2011 US Product of the Year awards.

Or our commitment to our customers and our efforts to not just meet but exceed the industry standards for quality.

This is how we approach creating olive oil for the modern era. We take the best of yesterday and combine it with care and craft to create new traditions for today. We have a responsibility to our environment and our surroundings, to our industry, and ultimately to you, our customer.
